A growing long-term care pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a direct hire position.

This role is focused on supporting high-volume LTC/IDD pharmacy operations in a clinical, detail-driven environment. The Staff Pharmacist will play a key role in ensuring accurate dispensing, clinical oversight, and smooth workflow execution.

Schedule Requirements
Two rotating shifts: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Must be flexible to work either shift
Participation in on-call rotation required
Core Responsibilities
PV1 verification and processing
Order entry and data accuracy checks
Clinical review of medication profiles and prescriptions
Support day-to-day LTC/IDD pharmacy operations
Ensure compliance and workflow efficiency within the dispensing process
Candidate Profile
Active Kansas Pharmacist License required
Strong preference for prior LTC pharmacy experience
Retail pharmacists with MTM experience may be considered
Strong attention to detail and clinical decision-making skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven pharmacy environment
