Pharmacy Technician PSR/Data Entry Indianapolis, IN
RPh on the Go is currently seeking Pharmacy Technicians for a customer-focused role supporting a specialty/mail-order pharmacy environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with pharmacy experience who also enjoys customer service, data entry, and working with patients and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound client calls and provide exceptional customer service
Enter and process pharmacy orders accurately
Verify insurance information
Assist with inventory control
Communicate with clients, physicians, and pharmacists
Respond to customer questions and assist with pharmaceutical needs
Process orders and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate data entry and documentation
Support daily pharmacy operations as needed
Requirements
Pharmacy Technician experience required
Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician license required
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent data entry and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Healthcare management or customer service certifications are a plus
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional evening or weekend hours may be needed based on workload.
