Soliant is actively seeking an experienced Interim Director of Pharmacy for a hospital assignment in Lebanon, Indiana. This is an immediate opportunity with the potential to start as late as July 27. Position Details:
Interim contract assignment
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekend coverage
Limited on-call responsibilities
Hospital setting with dedicated pharmacy technician support
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff
Provide pharmacy leadership and operational management
Participate in hospital meetings and departmental initiatives
Assist with staffing as needed
Perform sterile compounding
Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Active Indiana Pharmacist license required
Hospital pharmacy management experience required
Sterile compounding experience required
Experience with Meditech required
