This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape compliance and operational excellence within a rapidly expanding dermatology pharmacy organization. Serving patients and dermatologists across 17 states, the company’s mission centers on simplifying complex problems and delivering affordable, impactful solutions for dermatology care.

Primarily based onsite at the administration office in Franklin, TN, this position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with no weekend or on-call duties. Occasional quarterly travel to a West Texas pharmacy location is part of the role. Flexibility includes limited remote work after onboarding and remote Wednesdays aligned with the administrative team’s schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead compliance readiness efforts for URAC, NABP/VIPPS, USP 795/800, DEA, and state board regulations
  • Develop scalable SOPs, workflows, tracking systems, and documentation processes to support compliance
  • Conduct mock audits identifying operational gaps and vulnerability areas
  • Maintain multi-state licensure tracking and ensure operational compliance standards
  • Design and execute compliance training programs for pharmacy staff
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational accountability and quality assurance
  • Drive consistency and audit preparedness across multiple pharmacy locations
  • Qualifications:

  • Active Tennessee Pharmacist license; candidates from diverse backgrounds will be considered
  • Leadership experience with 5+ years in pharmacy compliance, accreditation, regulatory oversight, or quality assurance preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and compliance frameworks
  • Proven skills in process improvement, system building, and operational accountability
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong technical proficiency
