Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician

Soliant Health is currently recruiting Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technicians on behalf of a compounding pharmacy located in the Orange, CA area. This opportunity is open to pharmacy technicians with sterile compounding experience.

Position Details:
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13+ weeks (contract-to-hire)
• Shifts: Mon-Fri; 8-hour shifts between 5:00AM – 4:00PM (there are four different shift times to choose from as preferred shift)

• Requirements:
- California Pharmacy Technician License: Must be active and in hand at time of submission – firm requirement
- Ideally 3-5 years of RECENT sterile compounding experience
- Must have hands-on experience with TPNs, antibiotics, antifungals, and aseptic technique
- Strong working knowledge of USP <797>
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing pharmacy environment
- PTCB preferred, but not required

• Responsibilities:
- Compound IVs, TPNs, antibiotics, antifungals, and other sterile preparations
- Follow proper aseptic techniques
- Maintain strict compliance with USP <797>
- Accurately prepare, label, and handle compounded medications
- Work efficiently while maintaining strong quality and safety standards
