Are you a Pharmacy Technician who enjoys sterile compounding and wants to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes of patient care?

We're partnering with a respected healthcare organization seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding operations, specialty medication preparation, inventory control, and pharmacy quality programs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for technicians with infusion, hospital, oncology, or specialty pharmacy experience who are looking for a stable schedule and long-term career potential.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll work closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure medications are prepared accurately, safely, and efficiently. Your day may include:

  • Compounding sterile medications using established protocols and aseptic techniques.
  • Performing detailed pharmacy calculations and quality checks.
  • Completing documentation and maintaining accurate production records.
  • Assisting with medication labeling, packaging, and distribution activities.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and supporting medication procurement processes.
  • Participating in cleanroom maintenance and environmental monitoring efforts.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance pharmacy operations.
  • What We're Looking For

    Successful candidates will bring:

  • Active Florida Pharmacy Technician registration.
  • At least one year of experience in sterile compounding, infusion, hospital, oncology, or specialty pharmacy settings.
  • Strong knowledge of sterile processing standards and pharmacy workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred.
