Sterile Compounding Pharmacist – 13-Week Contract
Location: San Antonio, TX
We are hiring a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for a 13-week contract with a home infusion pharmacy in San Antonio, TX. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with sterile IV compounding experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Prepare and verify sterile medications in compliance with USP standards.
Assess patients and develop individualized home infusion therapy plans.
Educate patients and caregivers on medication use and infusion therapy.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective treatment.
Qualifications
Active Texas Pharmacist license.
PharmD or graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
At least 1 year of sterile IV compounding experience or equivalent pharmacy training/experience.
Home infusion experience is a plus.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
