This is not your typical retail pharmacy position. The pharmacy specializes in complex therapies for patients with chronic and rare conditions including hemophilia, immune deficiencies, and autoimmune disorders. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building patient relationships, working closely with healthcare teams, and providing a high level of clinical care in a low-volume specialty environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Provide clinical pharmaceutical care for patients receiving specialty and infusion therapies
• Manage therapies including factor replacement products, emicizumab, subcutaneous injections, and IV infusions
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration, side effect management, adherence, and safe medication handling
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, reimbursement specialists, and care coordinators to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with prior authorizations, insurance coordination, and patient assistance programs
• Maintain accurate documentation and support overall pharmacy operations using CareTend software

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements:
• Active Tennessee Pharmacist license
• Specialty pharmacy, infusion, or clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• CareTend experience is highly preferred, but training is available
• Open to obtaining additional state pharmacist licenses
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Passion for patient care and working in a collaborative healthcare environment
