Provide essential pharmacy services as a Staff Pharmacist in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving an underserved community. This position supports the clinic’s mission to deliver accessible, patient-focused care in a single pharmacist and technician environment, utilizing the PioneerRx system.

Location:

Charlotte, NC

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

No weekends

Responsibilities:

Manage medication dispensing and counseling in an FQHC/340B program setting

Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure safe and effective medication use

Provide personalized patient care, addressing the needs of an underserved population

Support pharmacy operations alongside one technician, fostering a team-based environment

Maintain compliance with state pharmacy laws and clinic policies

Qualifications:

Current NC Pharmacist license (required)

1-3 years of pharmacist experience, preferably in an FQHC or similar setting

Experience working with underserved populations preferred

Comfortable working independently in a one pharmacist/one technician environment

Spanish language skills highly preferred, as the technician speaks Spanish and bilingual communication is beneficial
