This opportunity seeks a dedicated Pharmacist to support an outpatient hospital retail pharmacy setting. The position involves ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of medications in a well-structured environment with a strong support team that includes a Pharmacy Manager, one full-time pharmacist, and two pharmacy technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately fill prescription orders and verify technician-prepared products before release.

Maintain the security and integrity of the pharmacy and controlled substances.

Enter orders and patient information with precision and attention to detail.

Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff to maintain smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Active Indiana pharmacy license is required.

Prior pharmacy experience, particularly in outpatient hospital retail settings.

Familiarity with Pioneer RX order entry system is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong organizational skills and commitment to patient safety.

Schedule:

Four to five days per week.

Hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Contract Duration:

Approximately 8 to 13 weeks.
