A full-time Pharmacy Technician position is available at a mail order compounding pharmacy in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This opportunity suits a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) with hands-on sterile compounding experience seeking to contribute in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM), with multiple shifts also available to accommodate different preferences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing sterile compounding duties in compliance with pharmacy procedures and safety standards
  • Assisting with medication preparation for mail order fulfillment
  • Adhering to USP guidelines and pharmacy protocols
  • Ensuring accuracy in labeling, packaging, and documentation
  • Supporting pharmacists and other pharmacy staff in daily workflow activities
  • Maintaining cleanliness and compliance of compounding areas
  • Following all applicable state, federal, and pharmacy regulations
  • Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license
  • Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
  • Proven sterile compounding experience is required
  • Experience in mail order or compounding pharmacy preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy
  • Ability to work the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday
  • Reliable, professional, and capable of working well within a team environment
