Assignment: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Script Volume: Under 100/day
Staff: 1 Compounding Technician, 1 Retail Technician
Pharmacy System: PioneerRx

The Opportunity

An established independent compounding pharmacy is seeking a driven Managing Pharmacist to oversee daily operations and help grow the business. This is more than a traditional pharmacist role—it offers a long-term path toward ownership for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Lead daily pharmacy operations and staff
Oversee compounding, workflow, inventory, and compliance
Build strong patient and prescriber relationships
Improve operational performance and support business growth
Potentially serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge
Requirements
Active Arizona pharmacist license or eligibility
Strong leadership and communication skills
Compounding or independent pharmacy experience preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business ownership
