An opportunity is available for a Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) specializing in HIV/AIDS pharmacy services. This direct-hire role offers the chance to lead pharmacy operations and contribute to innovative clinical services that positively impact patient lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge in compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations.
  • Oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to core values and organizational mission.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop, implement, and maintain cutting-edge clinical systems and processes.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment promoting accountability and best practice consistency across locations.
  • Engage in internal and external meetings, including conferences and training sessions, to enhance knowledge and network.
  • Adapt to a dynamic environment to optimize patient and employee experiences.
  • Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recent retail or specialty pharmacy management or Pharmacist-In-Charge experience, with 10 years preferred.
  • Strong foundation in HIV/AIDS medications; additional training will be provided to develop expertise.
  • Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and lifestyles.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment; hospital-only experience is not suitable for this role.
  • Commitment to advancing pharmacy services for vulnerable patient populations.
  • Location: Auburn, WA

    Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
