Pharmacist in Charge - Tempe, AZ
An expanding non-sterile compounding mail-order pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to join their team in either Gilbert, AZ or West Egg Township/Galloway, NJ. This position requires a licensed pharmacist in Arizona or New Jersey, with 3–5 years of pharmacy experience. Preference is given to candidates with backgrounds in mail-order, outpatient, community, or compounding pharmacy settings who are comfortable leading as a working PIC. Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for a 503A facility is essential. Candidates licensed on the West Coast (CA, NM, TX, NV, UT, OR, WA, CO) are highly preferred to support the pharmacy’s national expansion goals.

This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive compensation ranging from $68 to $75 per hour, approximately $145K to $156K annually depending on experience and licensure.
