We’re seeking an experienced Pediatrics Pharmacist to join a hospital pharmacy team in Pittsburgh, PA!
Responsibilities
Verify pediatric medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety
Review patient profiles, medical histories, and clinical information
Perform pediatric pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
Consult with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication recommendations
Support safe and timely medication distribution
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
Ensure medications are dosed and prepared appropriately for pediatric patients
Requirements
PA Pharmacist License
1+ years of inpatient pharmacist experience OR completion of a pharmacy residency
Pediatric pharmacy experience
Ability to start ASAP
Full-time availability
