Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager for a full-time opportunity in Hollywood, FL. This is a great role for someone with 2–4 years of administrative or office support experience who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling day-to-day office responsibilities.

Duties:
The Administrative Assistant / Office Manager will support daily office operations, including clerical and administrative tasks, Microsoft Office work, and accounts payable responsibilities. This person will assist with paying invoices, maintaining records, organizing documents, and supporting general office workflow.

Perform general clerical and administrative duties
Assist with accounts payable, including invoice processing and payment tracking
Use Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Maintain organized files, records, and office documents
Communicate professionally with internal staff, vendors, and outside contacts
Support office operations and help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

Requirements:

2–4 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Accounts payable or invoice processing experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and willing to work full-time
Master’s degree is not required; this is an entry-level to early-career opportunity
