An opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician serving as a Program Success Coordinator within a closed-door mail order pharmacy environment. This contract-to-direct hire position begins as full-time onsite, with a planned transition to a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote. Work hours are Monday through Friday, scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM with typical shifts such as 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, or until 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, understanding their business needs and priorities
  • Maintain continuous communication with the Pharmacy team and Account Management to ensure patient care remains uninterrupted
  • Collaborate directly with Pharmacy staff and clients to deliver fast, efficient patient care services
  • Serve as a liaison to resolve client issues promptly and manage daily inquiries
  • Keep stakeholders informed about any changes affecting patient care
  • Utilize dispensing system knowledge to support pharmacy operations

    • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Program Success Management or Customer Service
  • Indiana Pharmacy Technician license is required
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with adjudication involving coupons, enabling better client discounts
  • Background in specialty pharmacy preferred
