Lead Pharmacy Technician – Direct Hire
Location: DeBary, FL
A growing specialty compounding pharmacy specializing in Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) is seeking a Full-Time Lead Pharmacy Technician to join its team. This is a direct hire opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to help support the continued growth of the pharmacy.
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and administrative functions
Manage invoices and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all pharmacy processes
Support and collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient workflow
Prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail
Assist with initiatives that support the pharmacy's continued growth
Qualifications
Active, clear Florida Pharmacy Technician license required
Previous Lead Pharmacy Technician experience required
Compounding experience preferred but not required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
