  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, maintaining compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • Oversee specialty home infusion pharmacy operations, ensuring safe handling, preparation, and dispensation of medications.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and patients to optimize medication therapies.
  • Manage inventory, documentation, and quality assurance processes specifically related to home infusion pharmacy services.
  • Lead initiatives to maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance within the specialty infusion setting.
  • Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current and active Pharmacist licenses in both Texas and California.
  • Proven experience as a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC).
  • Experience in specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or specialty infusion pharmacy environments.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage pharmacy operations efficiently.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to pharmacy practice in home infusion settings.
