About the Role:
RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a full-time opportunity with a respected home infusion pharmacy in San Antonio, Texas. This second shift position offers the opportunity to work in a specialized pharmacy environment dedicated to preparing life-saving infusion therapies while maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
In this role, you will prepare sterile compounded medications, support pharmacy operations, and work alongside pharmacists and fellow technicians to ensure accurate and timely delivery of infusion therapies. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with sterile compounding experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

What You’ll Do:
• Prepare sterile compounded medications using aseptic technique in accordance with USP 797 and USP 800 standards
• Compound IV medications, antibiotics, TPNs, and other infusion therapies as prescribed
• Accurately label, package, and document compounded preparations
• Maintain cleanroom procedures and environmental monitoring standards
• Assist pharmacists with workflow coordination and prescription fulfillment
• Perform quality assurance checks and maintain accurate compounding documentation
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory management of sterile medications and supplies

What You’ll Need:
• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician Registration (required)
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred
• Previous sterile compounding experience required
• Home infusion pharmacy experience preferred
