CLinical Pharmacist - Home Infusion
Milwaukee, WI
We are in search of an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing home infusion pharmacy in Wisconsin. If you have a background in sterile compounding and IV therapies and are looking to join a strong clinical team, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Verify IV medication orders and review patient profiles.
Support infusion therapies and provide clinical recommendations.
Assist with sterile compounding as needed.
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and pharmacy staff.
Participate in on-call rotation (every 4th weekend and 1 evening per week).
Requirements
Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License.
2+ years of recent sterile compounding experience.
Recent IV pharmacy experience required.
Home infusion experience preferred.
CPR+ EMR experience is a plus.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
Day shifts
On-call rotation required
Compensation: $55/hr+
