Certified pharmacy tech

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with Saturdays rotating among the team
Shifts: Fixed rotating 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM–9:00 PM
Saturday Shift: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $20–$23/hour, based on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed and certified Pharmacy Technician to support prescription processing and provider communications. This role focuses on electronic, faxed, and verbal prescription data entry, including more complex and higher-difficulty entries.

Candidates will receive their schedules 6–8 weeks in advance, so you will always have plenty of notice regarding your upcoming shifts.

Job Duties
Process electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions according to established protocols, with an emphasis on complex and higher-difficulty entries
Serve as a point of contact for provider and physician communications through both inbound and outbound calls
Accept inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring the appropriate context is established before accepting the call
Resolve open issues submitted by pharmacists, other pharmacy technicians, and the Incident Coordinator team
Perform all responsibilities safely and in compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations
Patient calls are not currently part of this role; responsibilities may evolve based on business needs
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license
PTCB or NHA certification — REQUIRED
Candidates must hold an active PTCB or NHA certification to be considered
0–6+ months of pharmacy technician experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process prescription information
Comfortable communicating with healthcare providers and resolving issues
