A full-time Pharmacy Manager opportunity is available within a retail setting in Burnham, PA. This direct hire role involves leading pharmacy operations and driving business growth while ensuring excellent patient care and regulatory compliance.

Burnham, PA

Schedule:

Variable day and afternoon shifts

10-hour shifts: 9am – 7pm

11-hour shifts: 9am – 8pm

12-hour shifts: 8am – 8pm or 9am – 9pm

Bi-weekly hours: 62

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with store operations to foster associate engagement and communicate company strategy effectively to pharmacy staff.

Oversee accuracy of all prescriptions through comprehensive Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance following state and federal regulations.

Manage pharmacy business performance, drive prescription growth, and implement clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management.

Coordinate inventory control through sales tracking and pharmaceutical ordering to meet customer demand and maximize profitability.

Align department performance with key metrics, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide exemplary customer service, addressing healthcare counseling and resolving customer inquiries or complaints.

Supervise pharmacists, associates, and support staff; oversee training, coaching, discipline, and development initiatives.

Maintain pharmacy security and a clean, organized environment.

Collaborate with physicians and use reference materials to resolve prescription issues.

Prioritize and oversee essential pharmacy tasks including cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call orders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree required

Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License

Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
