Join a specialty home infusion pharmacy as a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) based onsite in New Castle, DE. This contract-to-hire position offers the opportunity to support pharmacy operations by serving as a vital communication link between the pharmacy team, patients, providers, and caregivers.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate timely order processing and patient assessments. Ideal candidates possess pharmacy technician experience combined with knowledge of dosage calculations, clinical basics, insurance processes, and prior authorizations.
