This retail site is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to work full-time in their facility.

Responsibilities: Oversees daily pharmacy operations by ensuring accurate prescription processing through Drug Utilization Review and final quality checks in compliance with state and federal regulations. Drives business growth and profitability through clinical programs, inventory management, and alignment with key performance metrics. Fosters strong collaboration with store teams, communicates company strategy, and promotes associate engagement.

Provides excellent customer service and healthcare counseling, resolves patient and provider inquiries, and builds lasting relationships with physicians. Manages, trains, and supports pharmacy staff, ensuring a high-performing team while maintaining department security, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Work Hours: Variable Day/Afternoon shifts

Store Hours: M-Sun: 7 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Experience: Some retail experience

Ideal Candidate: Pharmacist with retail experience

Current New York Pharmacist License

Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm D (ideal)

Current New York Pharmacist License

Compensation for this position ranges from $62.00 to $80.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
