Production Pharmacy Technician – Direct Hire
Location: Bardonia, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotating weekends
Setting: Closed-Door Long-Term Care Pharmacy
We are seeking a dependable Pharmacy Technician to join a high-volume long-term care pharmacy in Bardonia, NY. This direct-hire opportunity offers a consistent daytime schedule and the chance to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment serving long-term care residents.
Responsibilities
Prepare medications in blister packs and unit-dose packaging for resident distribution.
Assist with medication ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
Monitor medication storage requirements and expiration dates.
Maintain accurate patient and medication records.
Utilize the Frameworks pharmacy system (training available).
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience required.
New York State Pharmacy Technician license preferred, but not required.
PTCB certification preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting (approximately 600 prescriptions daily).
