Mail Order Home Care Pharmacy Technician in Avon, IN

This role combines pharmacy technician expertise with program success coordination in a closed-door mail order environment. Initially, work full-time onsite before transitioning to a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote. The focus is on building strong client relationships that consider the overall business needs while ensuring prompt patient care.

Location: Avon, IN
Schedule: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (examples: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, or until 6:00 PM)
Job Type: Contract to Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Pharmacy and Account Management teams to maintain seamless communication regarding patient care and program updates
  • Serve as a liaison managing day-to-day client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently to support patient outcomes
  • Develop a thorough understanding of internal and external client needs and coordinate efforts across departments to meet them
  • Apply basic knowledge of dispensing systems in daily operations
  • Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders to prevent disruptions in patient care services

    • Qualifications:

  • Indiana pharmacy technician license required
  • Minimum two years’ experience in program success management or customer service roles with a pharmacy background
  • Confident communicator able to work effectively across all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with keen organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
