Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge Plant City, Florida
Brandon, FL
We are seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge for a direct hire opportunity in a closed-door specialty mail order 503b facility in Plant City, Florida.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Directly supervise staff pharmacists, pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production staff
Review batch records and associated documentation
Ensure compliance with cGMP standards
Assist in documentation and completion of Adverse Drug Event forms
Hire, monitor, and terminate employees as necessary with CEO/President approval
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements following local, state, and federal laws regarding pharmacy practice
Compound pharmaceuticals as needed
Requirements:
Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida
Minimum of 2 years’ sterile compounding experience
Minimum of 2 years’ pharmacy management experience
