We are seeking a Pharmacist in Charge OR Staff Pharmacist to join a Non-Sterile Compounding, Closed-Door Pharmacy. This a Day Shift, Full-Time position. For immediate consideration, send resumes to: [email protected]
Schedule:Shift: M-F (9am -5pm) (Full-time position & Full Benefits)
Responsibilities Include:
Maintain regulatory compliance with USP 795, DEA, and Board of Pharmacy
Oversee non-sterile compounding operations, formulations, and technician workflow
Serve as the primary point of contact for inspections and audits
Implement and enforce SOPs across the pharmacy
Train and supervise pharmacy staff and technicians
Ensure complete and accurate recordkeeping, including compounding logs, formulation records, and QA data
Monitor inventory to ensure safe storage and accurate usage of ingredients
Uphold facility cleanliness and documentation of routine maintenance
Lead or assist in quality improvement and incident resolution
Qualifications:
Active Michigan pharmacist license in good standing
Eligible and willing to serve as PIC per state requirements
3+ years of experience in a compounding environment (non-sterile)
Demonstrated experience with regulatory inspections and compliance programs
Excellent organizational, documentation, and leadership skills
Preferred:
PIC experience in a compounding setting
Non-sterile compounding certificate or ACPE-accredited training
Experience using compounding or pharmacy software
