RPh on the Go is seeking a Hospital In-Patient Pharmacist Full Time Contract

Description:

The Staff Hospital Pharmacist will be responsible for order entry in the centralized pharmacy along with IV, TPN compounding. The Hospital Pharmacist will also be consulting with medical staff to ensure the best drug therapy for all patients by reading labs, participating in drug utilization reviews and making recommendations when needed. 

Experience:                                                    

We would like to speak with Pharmacists with around  1-2 years of hospital experience.

The -pharmacist should have great communication skills and excellent customer service skills like strong listening skills. Must also have very strong computer skills and have the ability to learn quickly.
