Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM; rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescription medications and ensure legal compliance of supply
Monitor medication adherence and patient usage patterns
Provide expert consultation on prescription and non-prescription therapies
Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and medical device handling
Prepare sterile solutions and compound medications when required
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
Communicate drug-related concerns to prescribers and collaborate with care teams
Maintain and manage pharmaceutical inventory levels appropriately
Requirements:
Active New Mexico Pharmacist license (must be in hand)
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
Recent experience in a similar pharmacy environment
Strong knowledge of clinical consultation, compliance, and pharmacy operations
