Soliant Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a temporary position in Cameron Park, CA. This role offers the chance to lead a pharmacy team in an exciting, fast-paced retail environment with a focus on specialty medications.
Position Details
Title: Pharmacy Manager & PIC
Location: Cameron Park, CA
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: TBD (covering for manager on leave of absence)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No Weekend or On-Call Coverage Required
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory and wholesaler invoices
Supervise and lead a team of 2 pharmacy technicians
Perform daily prescription verification and maintain workflow
Complete clinical onboarding activities, including patient counseling
Maintain daily communication with the Operations Director
Manage inventory and oversee tech support duties (order entry, phone management, packing, and receiving orders)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Active California Pharmacist License
Proven experience managing pharmacy operations, inventory, and staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail pharmacy settings
Experience with specialty medications preferred
Familiarity with CareTend order entry system (training available)
