A reputable community pharmacy in the Essex Junction area is hiring a part-time Pharmacist for a long-term position. This is a great opportunity for a licensed Vermont pharmacist who is passionate about patient care and fully confident administering all vaccines.
Schedule & Setting:
20 hours/week
Variable schedule including occasional evenings
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full regulatory compliance as pharmacist-in-charge
Oversee daily operations and financial performance of the pharmacy
Lead, coach, and manage support staff
Deliver patient-centered services including immunizations and MTM
Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication therapy
Support company wellness and safety initiatives
Requirements:
Active Vermont Pharmacist license
Current Immunization Certification
Must be comfortable and experienced in administering all vaccines
Strong communication and leadership skills
