Job Title: 340B Compliance Analyst
Location: Northern California Health System – Remote/WFH or Roseville, CA (suburb of Sacramento)
Travel Requirement: Yes, travel to client sites for 340B audits is required
Start Date: ASAP
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: Depending on Experience 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and program regulations for the 340B Drug Program.
  • Perform regular audits and maintain system settings and software to ensure 340B program integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (contract pharmacies, entity-owned pharmacies, hospital/clinic drug utilization) to maintain the program’s operational and regulatory excellence.
  • Monitor program performance and compliance indicators, providing ongoing updates and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the 340B program, ensuring all aspects are aligned with evolving regulations and operational standards.

    Requirements:

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on the 340B Program and pharmacy operations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of 340B regulations, audit processes, and program compliance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Travel flexibility required to visit client sites for 340B audits.
