2-5 years clinical experience (hospital/acute care oncology pharmacist)

1-3 years specific oncology clinical manager experience

Graduate from a college of Pharmacy, PharmD preferred

Must have board certification BCOP

Must have active and clear licensure

Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist.
