We are seeking a Retail Pharmacist for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Kansas City, MO. This is a closed-door retail pharmacy setting affiliated with a clinic. Ideal for pharmacists looking for a steady weekday schedule without weekend requirements.
Duties:
Verify prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency
Provide safe and compliant dispensing of medications
Support pharmacy operations in a high-volume environment (approx. 200 prescriptions per day)
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and clinic staff
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Schedule/Shift:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No weekends
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted Missouri State Pharmacist License
BLS/CPR Certification
Certified Immunizer
Notice of Intent (NOI) Required: Pharmacists must have filed an NOI with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy to administer vaccines or medications by prescription
Previous experience in retail pharmacy preferred
