Soliant is looking for a dedicated Pharmacist to support an independent specialty pharmacy in Seattle. This contract position offers a great opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and check dispensed medications & E-Kits
Supervise pharmacy technicians
Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals
Review and fill medication orders for patients transitioning from acute care to skilled nursing facilities
Ideal Candidate:
Active WA Pharmacist License
Retail pharmacy experience accepted
Strong background working with geriatric patients
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
