Location: Lafayette, IN

Schedule: Monday to Friday day-shifts (8-hour shifts)

Job Duties:
As an Inpatient Pharmacist, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and verifying medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Compounding sterile preparations in the clean room environment, adhering to strict aseptic technique.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Providing drug information and education to patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participating in multidisciplinary rounds and committees to support medication management initiatives.
- Adhering to all regulatory requirements and hospital policies related to pharmacy practice.

**Ideal Candidate:**
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A valid Indiana pharmacist license in good standing.
- Experience working in an inpatient infusion or sterile compounding pharmacy setting, preferably with exposure to clean room operations.
- Dedication to providing high-quality patient care and promoting medication safety.
