We're seeking a full time Pharmacist in Charge to lead operations at a high-volume Long Term Care pharmacy in Rochester, NY. This facility processes approximately 1,800 prescriptions daily and includes a fully equipped clean room for IV and TPN preparation. The pharmacy runs 24/7 to support continuous patient care. This is a leadership role with active involvement in daily operations. What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Pharmacist in the State of New York
5–10 years of experience in a pharmacy setting (LTC, hospital, or retail)
Previous PIC or leadership experience in LTC preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Familiarity with Framework/ECM software is a plus
