RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Shift: M-F, Evenings (1pm - 9:30pm), some Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispense medications, provide patient counseling, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
Requirements:
• Pharmacy experience required.
• LTC (Long-Term Care) experience is a plus.
• Active Wisconsin Pharmacy license for the state of Wisconsin.
