Job Description:
Join our dynamic team at a leading hospital in Arizona. We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for a decentralized role where you will play a crucial part in patient care by attending codes, managing decentralized pharmacy tasks, and performing IV and compounding duties. You will be involved in Vanco AUC dosing and other specialized clinical responsibilities, working in a busy hospital environment with a patient census of approximately 250.
