Title: Per Diem Staff Pharmacist
Location: Mesa, AZ
Setting: Retail/Long Term Care
Client needs us to build a 4-5 pharmacist-team for per diem needs.
Pharmacy Operations Hours: Mon - Sat, typically 10a-7p, some pharmacies may close at 8pm
Shifts: Ideal candidate is working part time with 2-4 days a week to help out, if needed.
Average Rx/day volume: Under 100
Experience Required: At least 1-2 years working in a retail pharmacy setting. Client likes experienced pharmacists.
All pharmacies will have strong technician support
Must have immunization privilege and BLS card
Sites use QS1
- Pharmacists will get one 8-hour shift devoted to training, more training available, if needed.
