Inpatient/IV/Chemo Pharmacist – Lakewood, NJ
Soliant is seeking a skilled Inpatient/IV/Chemo Pharmacist for a 13-week contract in Lakewood, NJ. This is a great opportunity for an experienced pharmacist looking to contribute to a dynamic inpatient setting.
Position Details:
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 4 x 10-hour shifts (9:30 PM – 7:30 AM)
Facility Size: 80 beds
System Used: EPIC
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
Certification: Must be chemo-certified and proficient in compounding hazardous and non-hazardous medications
Duties:
Support outpatient infusion department (including chemotherapy and non-chemo infusions)
Provide pharmaceutical care to inpatient and ER patients
Ensure compliance with safety protocols for hazardous drug compounding
