Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Oncology Pharmacist for a day-shift, Monday through Friday position in Santa Fe, NM. If you're passionate about advancing patient-centered oncology care and thrive in a collaborative clinic setting, we want to hear from you.
The clinic pharmacist plays a critical role in supporting the multidisciplinary oncology team. Responsibilities include patient and provider education on cancer therapies, toxicity monitoring, supportive care management, and contributing to evidence-based treatment decisions. You’ll help optimize therapy, manage adverse effects, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:Prospective chart reviews to prevent medication-related issues
Evaluate and recommend treatments based on guidelines and literature
Manage adverse reactions and monitor effectiveness
Support personalized treatment plans
Educate patients, caregivers, and providers
Contribute to clinical decision-making and optimize safety
Qualifications: NM Pharmacist license (or eligibility)
~3 years of oncology experience or PGY2 in Oncology
BCOP preferred
