Location: Closed-door Pharmacy in Plymouth, MI
Shift Options: 2nd Shift (Available hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, or 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM)
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and holidays

Your Role & Responsibilities:
In this position, you’ll play a key part in managing prescription orders, ensuring accuracy in all data entry tasks. You will also be responsible for clear communication with customers, addressing any issues or concerns quickly and professionally.

  • Enter prescription orders into our system (Framework/DocuTrack) accurately and efficiently

  • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in prescription and patient data

  • Work closely with team members to meet department goals and deadlines

  • Provide outstanding service to internal and external clients

  • Ensure compliance with state regulations under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist

  • Handle all tasks with attention to detail and urgency

    What We’re Looking For:
    To succeed in this role, you must have strong computer and communication skills, along with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced setting.

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Active Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee registration with the State Board of Pharmacy

  • Experience with order entry in a pharmacy environment is preferred

  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software systems

  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge

  • Excellent math and analytical skills for prescription calculations
