Assignment Specifics:3-4 days per week ongoing
Shift: pharmacy hours are M-F 9am-7pm and Saturday 9am-6pm
Job Duties: Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
Dispensing medications in a Long-Term Care Setting (Ie. Verifying medication prepacks)
Provide medication therapy management and patient counseling
Providing patients with vaccinations
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Oversee inventory management of pharmaceuticals
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Requirements:
LTC and Retail experience preferred
1+ year of recent pharmacist experience
CT Pharmacist License Clear and Active
