Shift Options:
• Evening Shift: Monday – Friday (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM), with occasional Saturdays
• Day Shift: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM), with occasional Saturdays
What You Need to Apply:
• Active Pharmacy License in Wisconsin
• Previous pharmacy experience
• LTC background is a plus, but not required
