Shift: 5 days a week, 8 hours per shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Essential Functions:
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure top-tier service quality in alignment with professional and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement outcome measures and tracking systems to enhance operational and financial efficiency, integrating efforts into organization-wide Quality Improvement systems.
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Continuously assess program effectiveness and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Provide feedback and utilize HR policies to support staff development and maintain performance standards.
