Interim Director of Pharmacy – Travel Position | SoCal Hospital
Soliant is seeking a travel DOP to lead pharmacy operations at a hospital in Southern California. This Monday–Friday position (8 AM – 5 PM) does not require PIC duties or staffing coverage—just strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and project oversight. Interested? Pharmacy Info:
Daily hours: 7 AM – 10 PM
Staff: 5–6 pharmacists, 6–7 techs, plus PRN support
Remote overnight order entry: Pipeline
EHR: Paragon/Allscripts
Automation: Pyxis
No compounding or chemo on-site
Key Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with 340B programs (team-managed)
Policy & Procedure development, Bluesight, MERP, ASP, Pharmacy Chargemaster, and P&T involvement
Strong grasp of hospital regulatory requirements
