Ready for a rewarding experience on the breathtaking Oregon coast? We’re looking for a passionate Travel Pharmacist to join our team in Seaside, OR, for a 13-week assignment. Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: This is a 7 on/7 off position, running Wednesday to Tuesday, with on-call requirements from Wednesday through Monday nights.

Technology: Experience with EPIC and Pyxis is preferred.

    Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in an inpatient setting.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and medication management.
  • Conduct medication reconciliation and review patient medication profiles.
  • Provide drug information and educate patients and staff on medication use and safety.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and make recommendations for therapy adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and pharmacy policies.

    Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a licensed Oregon Pharmacist with some inpatient experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a passion for patient care. Seeking someone with hospital experience.
